Qualifying event information is only for Championship classes - N/A or 111 can be placed in these fields for non-championships entries. Declaration of Qualification (Championship classes only) I DO HEREBY DECLARE THAT I HAVE NOT SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED 2 EVENTS IN THE 12 MONTH PERIOD PROCEEDING THE CLOSE OF ENTRIES FOR THIS EVENT, RIDING THE HORSE I HAVE ENTERED IN THIS EVENT AT A GRADE HIGHER (EITHER PCAWA OR EA) THAN THE ONE FOR WHICH I HAVE ENTERED, AND THAT I AM, THEREFORE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR ANY PRIZE AWARD AT THIS EVENT. Payment Information: your club will be invoiced for all entries, please do not pay PCAWA directly. All competitors must be a riding member of a PCAWA affiliated club.
