Hi all..as you realise parking is going to be tight so we will have a parking attendant on the gate from Friday afternoon onwards. We would like Kellerberrin, Bruce Rock and Bonnie Rock Clubs to park behind the Clubhouse. Avon and Narrogin to the south around the trotting stalls. Kalgoorlie south of the clubhouse around the ablution block. Serpentine and Murray Clubs continue through to park at the East end near the new Recreation Centre. Long rigs please enter through West gate (off King Street) , park on the North side and parallell to the Undercover arena so you can exit through East gate without turning around. Day parking on South edge of SJ arena...facing North/south , not parallell, so as to keep road way clear. Those with booked power sites are South of Undercover arena..please do not block those sites. Officials, vehicles without floats and campers without horse yards park on the bitumin netball courts. All others fit in wherever you can. Any overflow will go in paddock opposite Pony Club. Please scroll down. The idea is to keep the main through road clear..there will be maps at the gate, likewise maps of allocated yards at gate. YARDS.....unfortunately unable to meet all requests for yards, if there are folk who have booked yards but could manage without please let me know and will refund your yard fee...or call Paul Brown on 9045 4078 just down the road for great cattle yards at $10 but no camping there. There will be some riders (Open C grade) who find that their Dressage and show jumping times are too close together...don't worry, you can slot in a little later during the Pony Club C grade show jumping.
